Diploma Remedial Massage
I've been working as a massage therapist since 2015, a career change following fifteen years working in welfare and non-profit organisations.
I live with chronic pain due to a childhood neck injury which has driven me to focus my practice on pain management. I also use massage as part of my self-care tool kit to manage stress.
Previous work in counselling and mental health have given me the skills, knowledge and experience to create a safe and non-judgemental therapeutic environment.
